Suzan Morno-Wade was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Xerox in 2018.  She is also an Executive Vice President of Xerox Holdings Corporation and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Committee reporting directly to the Vice Chairman and CEO.  

 Morno-Wade works in partnership with senior leadership to drive a human capital strategy that facilitates the company’s transformation, future growth and success. Specifically, she is focused on instilling best practices around communications, organization capability, diversity and inclusion, talent management, learning, total rewards, engagement and the work environment. In 2021, she assumed responsibility for security operations, charged with safeguarding the company’s assets and people worldwide. 

 Over a 25-year period, Morno-Wade has worked across a broad spectrum of industries including technology, oil and gas, industrial and consumer goods.  

 She serves on the Boards of Latham Pool Products (NASDAQ:SWIM) and A Better Chance (ABC), an organization focused on increasing the number of well-educated young people of color in the United States. Previously, she served on the boards of Center for Urban Community Services (CUCS) and Financial Women’s Association (FWA). 

 Morno-Wade began her career in finance, is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program, holds multiple human resources certifications as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
