Samantha Robinson-Daye VP, HR Business Partner

Samantha is a senior leader in talent management, organizational development and global Human Resources (HR) with over 20 years of domestic and international experience working in the technology, consumer and market research industries. Throughout her career, Samantha has developed large-scale, transformational change initiatives and has expertise in leading talent management practices. In her current role Samantha provides strategic HR thought leadership to executive committee members – the EVP and Chief Financial Officer, the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer and the EVP, Chief Legal Officer. Samantha participates as a member of the HR Senior Leadership team to develop and implement enterprise-wide talent strategies. Prior to joining Xerox in February 2020, Samantha worked as a Global Talent Management & Organizational Development Director at PepsiCo, New York, a multinational food, snack and beverage corporation. In this role she designed and executed initiatives to drive change, build organization capability, enhance organization effectiveness and develop the leadership bench. Samantha received her Master’s from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, London and her BSc in Social Policy & Management (specializing in HR) from the London Metropolitan University, London. Samantha has also received certification from Prince2 (PMP equivalent) as a Registered Program Management Practitioner from the APM Group, London; and Advanced Psychometric & Personality Profiling from the British Psychological Society. Samantha is also certified as a Hogan and DiSC Coach. Samantha was born and raised in the UK and then moved to Connnecticut, USA after marrying her husband in 2011. Samantha is an enthusiastic choir singer who has traveled worldwide including performing at the Sydney Opera House in Australia.
