Renee J. Carter A3 & Production Business Team V.P. Xerox Corporation
I am a Mechanical Engineer turned Line of Business manager having leveraged many opportunities at Xerox to develop experience is numerous parts of the business.
I am a native New Yorker, though I haven’t lived there in many years. After graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, I was hired into Xerox’s Engineering Development Program. It was an amazing way to become established in a new company and a new city as a young single. I worked in design engineering, manufacturing, finance, pricing and led the Lean Six Sigma group for a product division.
Xerox sponsored me in the Ascent Leadership Development program at Dartmouth College and earning my MBA through the University of Rochester Executive Development Program.
Most recently I became the Vice President of the A3 Mid Office and Production Business Teams in Product and Engineering at Xerox Corp.
Managing a line of business is the job I have most enjoyed. I enjoy interfacing with organizations across the globe and the enterprise.
My other identities, President of the Black Women’s Leadership Council at Xerox, Mother, Business Leader, Sorority Sister, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Caribbean descendant.
I love the outdoors, trying new activities and intellectual dialogue with brilliant friends and colleagues.
