Adrea’s 25+ year career spans PepsiCo, the largest food and beverage company in North America and second largest in the world; Caterpillar, the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment; Sysco, the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food products; and Stanley Black & Decker, the world’s largest tool manufacturer and global leader in tools and outdoor power equipment. Adrea most recently served as the Global Chief Financial Officer of Stanley Black & Decker’s Tools and Outdoor Division ~$14B in revenue. An experienced CFO and well-respected executive leader with time served in general management, Adrea has extensive experience in all aspects of finance and accounting, board exposure, strategy execution, M&A and business integration. Adrea is a passionate advocate of leadership development, belonging and DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion) working with young ladies and women in leadership to support their educational and professional goals and providing executive sponsorship. Adrea has a proven record of successfully applying her financial and operational acumen across different industries and business models which has culminated in a strong record of achieving growth and profitability, business transformation, continuous improvement and the development of people and cultures. Adrea, native to the Midwest, graduated with honors, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Ball State University. Now residing in Houston with her husband, she takes great pride in being a mother of three children.
