Diversity Initiatives Fellow
The Noble & Greenough School

Nobles is a highly academic and selective coed day and five-day boarding (only 48 boardersm however) school of 540 in grades 7-12 in Dedham, MA (just outside of Boston). We are searching for a Diversity Initiatives Teaching Fellow. Each year Nobles hires three to six Fellows in various academic disciplines and departments. The Diversity Initiative Fellow will work closely with the Director of Diversity Initiatives in a broad variety of diversity initiatives in the school, and have responsibility for working with our Multicultural Students Association and one or more of our student affinity groups. The Diversity Initiatives Fellow may also become involved with an academic department and other areas of school life, including coaching/mentoring in our required Afternoon Program. Experience working with young people is strongly preferred. Nobles has a vibrant diversity program and this is a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring educator.

Candidates should email their cover letter, resume, statement of educational philosophy, transcript and a list of three references as a Word document to teaching_jobs@nobles.edu.

No phone calls, please. More information on Nobles can be found at www.nobles.edu.
